PEN Q

By creating an account or using PEN Q, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PEN Q. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Books you upload: You must have the right to share any book you upload. This includes books you authored, public domain works, or books for which you have distribution rights.

Dedications you write: Dedications become part of the book's journey and may be seen by future recipients. Write respectfully. Do not include hate speech, threats, explicit content, or personally identifying information of others without consent.

Our right to remove: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate.

Pass it on: When you pass a book, it transfers to the recipient. You will no longer have access to that copy.

Send a copy: When you send a copy, a new copy is created for the recipient. You keep your original.

Pending transfers: Recipients must accept books sent to them. Unclaimed books are returned to the sender (Pass it on) or deleted (Send a copy) after 5 days.

PEN Q is currently free to use. All books in the catalog are available at no charge. When paid features are introduced in the future, we will update these terms and notify users in advance.

PEN Q and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PEN Q and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The books shared through PEN Q remain the intellectual property of their respective authors.

You may not use PEN Q to distribute copyrighted material without permission, share harmful, abusive, or illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, use the platform for spam or commercial solicitation, or reverse engineer or tamper with the app.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

PEN Q is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or interruption of service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PEN Q after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
